President
Lucky is the Founder and President of Dalmi Corp., establishing the company in 1989, in Toronto, Canada. Over the last 30 years, Lucky has built Dalmi into a successful property development company, internationally. Lucky has dedicated his time and company to focusing on residential and commercial projects. He is a third-generation builder-developer from Split, Croatia and has lived and worked in Canada for over 30 years. From 1989 to 1998, Dalmi worked on leasehold improvements with the largest retail center developers in Canada, as well as the US. Furthermore, development projects were completed with municipal and government institutions including Defense Canada Construction, the City of Toronto and the Province of Ontario. Since 1998, Dalmi has focused on residential and hospitality projects in Canada and abroad. Capitalizing on his long-term relationships in Croatia, and recognizing the emerging real estate opportunities there, Lucky spent over seven years securing several large seaside sites for resort and residential developments on the Dalmatian Coast.

Alma has spent over 5 years with Dalmi creating and implementing Cost Management across all companies’ projects.
Today, as a Director of Program and Cost Management at Waterfront Toronto, Alma continues to provide valuable oversight and contributes in an advisory role.
Matea Bošković
Sales & Marketing Executive
Matea is continuing the family legacy at Dalmi. Matea has 10 years of working experience in management positions
in the hospitality industry and uses her learned skills and leadership abilities at Dalmi. She joined Dalmi in October, 2022
and works to enhance project phases and establish strong relationships with all involved partners. On a daily basis, Matea assists
stakeholders, shares the vision of the destination and develops creative marketing and sales tools.
Luksa Glavinja
Operations Director
Luksa is a Croatian trained lawyer, with over 30 years of experience in tourism, hospitality operations, and hotel and resort development.
Luksa joined Dalmi in 2005 to advise the group on its real estate, golf course, and tourist resort development in Croatia.
He is responsible for the land-acquisition and assembly process, and local operations related to all development activities.
