Dalmi Corp. acquired and redeveloped this stunning 10.3-acre waterfront property. Upon approval from the municipal government, the site was sold with the intent to build, as per our master plan.

KIPLING ASSEMBLY HALL

The Assembly Hall was a project that rejuvenated a dilapidated, empty office building, once a hospital, turning it into an incredible hub where culture and community meet. Restoring this old building, built in the mid 2000’s involved blending the beautiful structure and history with modern and innovative design to create a cultural centre for the community. The Assembly Hall is now home to a community office, a theater, a full kitchen and an event space.

ST. STEPHENS COMMUNITY HOUSE

St. Stephen’s Community House is a community-based social service agency based in the heart of the vibrant Kensington Market neighbourhood. Designed to provide much needed shelter as a hospice and soup kitchen for the neighbouring community. Extensive renovations were completed, to include shelter, with approximately 20 rooms on the second floor and soup kitchen in the basement. Built in the early 2000’s and designed by Stephan Teeple Architects. We are proud to have been involved in creating a place that helps the community and people of the city.

WOMEN’S SHELTER TORONTO

Peterborough Utility Inc.

Working on Peterborough Utility Inc.'s infrastructure, allowed for the company to double water filtration capacity, and as a result, were able to fulfill the requirements of Peterborough.

BASE BORDEN COMMAND CENTRE

Canadian Forces Base Borden, headquarters and command centre for the Canadian Forces, located in Borden, Ontario. The historic birthplace of the Royal Canadian Air Force, the sprawling CFB Borden is home to the largest training wing in the Canadian Armed Forces. This base was built to accommodate requirements of the peace mission for the Canadain Forces. The centre was built with intention and strict attention to detail, creating a home base space including a large food hall and training stations.

505 UNIVERSITY AVENUE

In conjunction with Farrow Architects, a complete 7 storey renovation was conducted. Our mandate was to create an intricate environment for The Labour Relationship Board of Ontario. Throughout the offices, intricate, highly sensitive technology was implemented and installed with acoustic/electronic sound equipment to facilitate communication of the public union, as this office was used as the setting for many of Ontario’s major Union settlements. Watches synchronized to state of the art recording equipment in every room included intricate setups and advanced knowledge to meet all legal requirements.

Deer Park Public Library

Originally built in 1911, this midtown Toronto public library was completely renovated in the mid 2000’s by our team, alongside the award winning Bruce Stratton Architects. The renovation included a full interior overhaul and much needed updating.
